Wrong Port Code

Dear Sir,

I am Suhail ahamad mansoori, Costomer of Idea mobile services and my no is 9666919333. I applied for the number portability facility to switch over to Docomo. I requested for the porting code which is IA395329 UPC.I applied 2 times but every time idea rejected my request with wrong UPC, I also talked to costumer care and again requested to solve the problem but after that also they rejected the request with same reason without giving me any satisfactory solution. both party either IDEA or DOCOMO not providing me any kind of information or giving me any kind of solution.

In view of the above it is requested to provide me the detailed information about the invalid porting code.
