Sim not working

Respected sir,

i want to state that i have purchased a Idea Prepaid Sim no. is 9990251535 abut 4 months before. i have submitted all the requited documents for the same to the dealer (Mukesh At Jharsa village) but my sim was not working,

I went there many time but he said me your sim will work with in 2 or 3 days but all in vain, After that when i go his shop his shop always got closed.

Then i again visited the main Idea Office at Delhi- Gurgaon Road near a reputed hotel, i submitted again my all document there but till now my idea sim is not working.

i have send this no. to my many friends, and i am in the need of this no. i have spend more than 500 rupees to get the same no.

sir help me in getting the same no.
