Exorbitant charge for gprs

The standard gprs plan for 99 rps is for 200 mb whereas a other companies provide 2gb@ 99 and idea then charges 2 p/kb which is absolute highway robbery... The customer care department is one of the worst... i went to the FC road center and was literally heckled and abused... planning to switch service provider... Idea is definetly not a good idea... the customer care sucks... They take advantage of the customers... Do not respond to customer queries and mislead the customers... once again the service executives have literally no respect... forget respect they do not even have the basic courtesy and manners... i have an email where they say that the charge is 0.02 p/kb and they have actually charged 100 times that amount ridiculous and extremely pathetic. Respect of the birla group... naah no more, to opt for idea in my case a very very very BAD And Nightmarish idea... worst plan eve
