Failure to given the postpaid facility

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Manish Jadon and using the one Idea postpaid mobile no. 9818952550 for last two months. I would like to bring to your notice the problems that are being faced in using Idea's services. I have deposited my documents 2 times in Idea cellular placed at Vikas Marg, Near Nirman Vihar Metro Station, Delhi. But every fifth day, after depositing the documents I receive a message that my number's services will be discontinued due to incomplete the documentation formalities. Each time I go to the above mentioned idea office and informed your official Mr. Saurash and Mr. Sandeep, that my documentation is complete and there are no other formalities to be completed. And this cycle is going on and on since last 1 month.

Now, you are requested to look into matter and take necessary action at the earliest.
