SIM not activated since 15 days

I purchased a IDEA PREPAID SIM CARD, mobile no. 8108460183, about 15 days back from your reseller MOBILE CARE at Tardeo, Mumbai Central. However the documents were rejected as the photocopy was not clear. Thereater i gave submitted by documents with MOBILE CARE TWO times, but the sim has not been activated. MOBILE CARE had informed me that they have submitted the documents to the salesman, Mr. A. Khan on 6th August, but the sim is still not activated. I was put in contact with one Mr. Dutta (Team Leader - mobile no. 8108042138) who has been giving me false assurances taht the SIM will be activated soon. However, till date the SIM has not be activated. I finally approached the IDEA SHOP at Marine Lines, on 11th August where I have once again submitted the form and the documents.

However, the sim card is still not activated. I have been harassed just to get one sim card activated. Such poor service and customer care was not expected from such a reputed company being a branch of Aditya Birla Group.
