Careless cc executives

I (onkar singh bains) from nagpur called upon idea customer care 8-10 times to get a puk no. for my mobile no. 8888800025 .on calling up cc each executive had a different opinion some told me to text my sim no. and some told me to call later and some told me to call another no..

on texting the sim no. there was no response and on dialing the given no. it was not available.

This is just carelessness of the company and still my no. is not working.
