Deducation of balance

Dear Sir/ Madam

i am fakhruddin salmani i want to complaint for balance deduction in idea cellular

yesterday i have 30 rupees recharge after that

i did not call or message anyone but today when i checked my balance then i found my account balance is 10 rupees

so 14 rupees deduced in my account when i call to customer care she did not Liston my problem and disconnected my call

i have talk with simmi She is customer care executive she disconnected my call without solving my problem the same thing happened again while contacting to the costumer care executive

it has happened with me many time

i shall be highly grateful to you if you take action in favor of my request as early as possible
