Deduction from Prepaid No

Balance deduction from prepaid no.

I am a idea cellular customer, having prepaid mobile no.9921680980

On 6th Aug.11 i got call from customer care, my balance had been deducted against idea chit chat facility against receiving call only? My balance is deduction Rs.15/- on 7th Aug.11 without using any outgoing call/sms.

I had talked with customer care on 7th Aug.11, 11th Aug.11, 14th Aug.11

at customer care nos., but every time got answer that u will get the refund against

balance deduction. They are making assured by when i will get it..! Today is 23rd Aug.11 i had not recd. refund of Rs.15/- Idea cellular is using money of their

prepaid customers.
