Automated service activation

My idea number 9990015324 gets automated hello tune service every month with new song and 45rs deduction. i never ask for that but customer care says i sent them a message. i called vodafone to get my number portable but i got a message that idea rejected your request of portability. every time i recharge my cell i always get a new service activated and the balance is off again. after frustration i distroyed that sim and bought new airtel. but i want this complaint to effect idea so that others will not face the same problem.
