I am really fed up of IDEA Billing Calls. I received the SMS for pending bill amount, I answered a call (i think one call is sufficient to remind me, as my history shows that I have regularly made the payment through ECS before due date uptil now).

I received 10-15 calls today!!! is that a good thing? You rubbish IDEA people, why are you disturbing me?

You are making me angry and really disturbing me. I am working in the office with my seniors, and can you imagine if a worker is with his seniors, in a meeting, in a training where no phone calls are allowed, and here... These rubbish IDEA calls are ringing my phone again and again and again and again and again??? WHAT THE HELL IS THIS? RUBBISH, POOR MINDED, USELESS... JUST GO TO HELL... I got very frustrated today. Is it a big crime? have I done any MURDER? that these people are calling me again and again like I have done a crime?

Each month my payments gets automatically deducted through my Online ICICI Bank Account. And only this time because of less balance available in my account and bill was not paid. This happened only once, but in the next bill, again the payment will be deducted from my saving account and so forth... so whats the problem? Its ok I have to clear the bill, I admit that... but how many calls? 1, 2, 3... no... they were 10-11... is this really a good thing for IDEA? Because of some restrictions I can't use bad words, I can't use wrong words or SLANGS here. So you can understand my anger.

You stop the calls and I will make the payment, that's final.
