> Here is my story, i called on 4th Sep. to activate my 3G services on my mobile
> phone (LG OPTIMUMS ONE - LG-P500). It does not seems to be working and i Called
> several time to resolve the issue.but every time i get the response to wait.
> 1. On 7th Sep i was ask to wait till 10th Sep and i waited but internet
> does't work.(person spoke to Dheraj)
> 2. On 10th Sep i was ask to wait for 13th Sep and i waited but internet
> does't work.(person spoke to Akshita)
> 3. On 13th Sep i was ask to wait for 15th Sep and i waited but internet
> does't work.(person spoke to 2 supervisor)

> CALL.Latter on when i again called up IDEA cust care spoke to supervisor Dheraj

> Now i am bound to log a complaint against IDEA about the pathetic service and
> not giving proper service to the consumer.
