Block my Idea SIM card without intimation

Hi,

My self rohit dhoot, i belongs to Bhopal (MP) and working in Mumbai, I have been useing Idea network (mobile no. 9826460571) since 2004 and my connection was post paid before and i have changed it into pre-paid connection almost 5 years ago. and it is in roaming from last 4.5 years but in last 1year i have faceing lots of problem like just 3 months before they had cut my connection without intimate me and issue that no. to other’s and when i was shouting and i put some resource (approch to idea operation manager for MP- chhatisgarh) then i got my connection back with same no. again now they have cut my connection on 23 aug.2011 without intimation and when i approched to them on 15 sep.2011 they told me that you need to submit your ID proof & photo, I have submitted those document on 19 sept.2011 but my network service was not resume and now (24.09.2011) they have totaly discontinued my service and ask that if you want to use this no. you will have to take conncetion in post paid service.
