Illegal deduction of money and miss behaviou

Dear sir

. my name is suheel and i am using my brother sameer ali khan's idea number 9972147229 i made 5 rupees recharge on 10th oct which provides 75mb of data to browse... on The same day i made another recharge of rupees 55 as the service requires 5rupees of minimum balance to browse...

i browsed for about 10 minutes thats it within which it is highly imossible to browse 75 mb of data simply the service deduted my 47.60 rupees when i asked about the deduction they are refusing to explain about it and showing their negligence in solving my problem...

i request you to take action against that company and provide me the justice
