Blackberry Activation & Refund

I am a Blackberry Idea User from Andhra Pradesh. My mobile number is 9948484800.

Recently in the last week of September I have deactivated my BIS 399 plan due to low balance. I have recharged my mobile in the first week of October and requested for the activation of BIS399 plan. After sending the request for the activation in a few hours my balance was deducted (Rs.399) towards BIS399 plan.

But the plan was not activated even after 4 days. I contacted the Idea Blackberry customer care, but they could not solve my issue. They said that the plan was active. Then I went to Idea Store, M.G.Road, Labbipet, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh on 8th October. There I contacted Ms. Kalyani. She looked into the whole matter and then said that she'll deactivate my BIS399 plan and promised me the refund of 399 rupees. She said it will take 4 days to get my refund. But its been more than a week. I've got no refund.

I again recharged my mobile and activated the BIS399 plan. But again the same thing repeated.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and refund me my promised Rs.399 and also activate my BIS399 plan properly or refund me in total 798 Rs. (399 399).

Looking forward for your positive response. Please Idea Cellular people! Dont let me down and force me to shift to other operator.
