BALANCE DEDUCTION

Dear sir,

I am a idea customer (utterpradesh lucknow).my mobile no. is 08726655059. sometimes I use IDEA GPRS SERVICES by using gsm sim of my mobile. I had 65 rupees in my mobile balance and i activated Idea gprs 98/- pack (free downloading for one month). when i travelled to rajasthan for one month.on the first day, i used internet for surfing, surfing charges were deducted from my balance (65/-) while i had internet gprs. as i was unknown from this my whole balance became zero.and at zero balance you can not use internet gprs .so my total loss is 65 rupees and internet gprs for one month.sir, these service provider do same things with customers many a times. as they are not punished they dont fear to do these froud things.sir, there are not any roaming charges for internet gprs when you travel in different states.still they cut my balance . pls sir you have power to punish them.please help me to get my balance and gprs back i will be grateful to you...
