Deduction in A/c

Sir,

I have rechrged my mobile phone A/c by idea internet pack today on 24/10 . I have recharged my mobile at 11.38.am and i have got msg of recharege successfully. I have started using internet at 11.59 am. After uses of 7 min 1 sec i found that deduction is done from my main a/c of Rs 54.80 ispite of i have activated idea internet pack. I want get back my 54.80 Rs.
