To I/C Idea cellular Ltd, I had taken this postpaid connection on 9 sep you had not provided me my first bill on my repeated request on ur kanpur center, services debarred on 4/10, bill provided on 23/10 payment done online sameday, FROM 23/10 UR PEOPLE AT KANPUR ARE NOT RESPONDING ON UR NO'S 9795238858 AND9795239082. Ihad paid by cheque Rs1250 on 7/9 and 967 online on 23/10.I'M TOO MUCH HARESSED BY YOUR SERVICES, now I don't want ur connection, refund my whole money paid to you, otherwise i will go to consumer court and TRAI for your malpractice. dated 30/10 Dr Sanjay Gupta
