i wish to say that my no. is 9889490349. on 30-11-11 the call came from idea for caller tune and i didnt press any button and they deduct Rs 45 from my account. So therefore i request you to please reverse back balance to my account.as well as on 28-11-11 the msg from idea came on my mobile that to recharge with Rs. 50 and get full balance of rs 50 but on recharging they give me Rs. 42. we further request you to please get my balance back Rs. 45 and Rs. 8
