INVALUABLE CUSTOMER CARE FEEDBACK ON MY COMPLAIN

Today (02/12) Idea Cellular has been reduced Rs.20 from my number (09093305949) at 9:15am for GPRS services. They said, that was charged for content downloading from a pay per site but I do not go to a pay per site, I only surfed a free site more thant 3 minutes which should be charged from my GPRS account. This is their fault but they have not a mind on this. I also make a call to the wb nodal officer but he also said the same and blame me for this. They have not a mind on customer sayings.

So, I requested to the higher authority to make a review on this matter and take a action to rufund my account balance.
