Mobile No. Disconnect

Dear Sir

Please note that i have prepaid mobile no. 9904772287 since 2007 services provided by Ideal. Before 4 Months Idea has asked to submit the documents of identification. I have submitted the document as directed by Idea My Shop. But after submitting my document the company has disconnected my mobile stating that you have submitted incomplete. then i have also submitted other required by customer care but till date my mobile is disconnected.
