Incorrect deduction from my account balance

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have been a prepaid idea cellular customer since last year, and wanted to bring to your notice that the company is deducting my account balance wrongly and I have to suffer from the losses as there is no refund of the deducted money from the company.

I am subscibing the MyGang plan of the provider, which costs me 1 rupee for 1st SMS and call of the day and i get 100 SMS free for the day after that.but today my SMS and call cost me 1.50 rupees. Moreover they have started deducting 1 rupee each for my SMS, though my daily limit of 100 SMSs is not over yet.

Its really improper, since I am clueless if they have changed my plan, as no prior information regarding the same has been sent to me.

Posting this complaint so that the sufferes like me would atleast get a chance to shout for the unfair treatment to the customers by the bigshots in telecom service providers.
