Payment not credited in the account

I have made the idea bill on 06.11. the amount was 1025 1025 through web.but in the account it was showing only once.given the complaints to customer care many times and no action taken so far.have provided all details like billing status & bank statement.everywhere it was clear that the amount mentioned was debited from the bank account. There wouldnot be any response from the customer care through emails.and it took atleast 7 - 14 days to reply back.and the barred my out going calls without any prior intimation.
