Out going blocked

I am Praful, Mobile no 9850863148,

My outgooing is blocked befor 24 days by idea cellular,

I have paid my out standing amount of 300 Rs (Approx), and requested them to unblock the out going calls,

They didnt respond to it,

Then I applied for no portabilty, in line with this a service person from Idea called me up, and didnt repospond properly.

I have contacted the local Idea shoppe, they also have requested in my favor.

Still no progress.

Still my Outgoings are Blocked.
