On 3 January

Time:4.53 Pm. I H ave took the plan of 1.2 paise second Rs 49 recharge in my account to take the benefit for roaming and local charges above..But till now I Am not getting any benifit And they are charging me 50 paise and 60 paise charges... Till Now I have done the complaint in customer care on 7 th January at 5:55 Pm SR no1-20764885342 Today date:10 January I Have visited my Idea gallery at Carter road no 2 at borivali east Mumbai at there that excutive Has given a reply That in our program they are showing us that your request is solved after there the lady has give a answer how this they have solved we dont know we are again putting these complaint on mail

So i request you to solve my this complaint and return my benefit which they have deducted from my balance full charges so reply me as soon as you can
