Same service charged twice on my account

I have a prepaid mobile service with Idea. Mobile number: 8805020680. Idea deducted Rs 34 twice (on the same day), from my account for the same service (Idea to Idea reduced rate calling plan with validity of 30 days). Since the service has a validity period of 30 days, It doesn't make any sence to deduct the amount twice while one and the same service is proviced by the mobile service provider for 30 day validity period. I have a SMS from Idea listing my last VAT deductions which clearily specifies dual deduction of Rs 34 from my account.
