Getting bills for non use of services

We had taken Idea cellular connection (number 97432 46092 to 97432 460 97 - total 6 sims. in October.

Since the quality of service was bad, we kept complaining. Since there was no improvement in services,

we decided to surrender the connections in June. We submitted fax to service provider for withdrawing the

services, However we were told to clear the bill and after which they will do. We did clear our monthly bill.

However, we recd., bill again in July. After which we faxed letter to service provider and again same reply.

In september we clearly mentioned that we will not clear any bills after sept. However even

in October we have recd. monthly bills for services not availed by us. This matter has been

going on for few months, .
