Service barring calls

Iam a idea service mobile holder since and submitted my proof /kyc thrice and recently receiving calls from the service provider to bar services.

Latest I have submitted KYC at SVU complex, Kurnool on 4/2 with the S.No. U 0457969 .Inspite of the the same Iam receiving the calls from the Idea Service for barring services.

Iam Residing at 1-2-215/A/2, GaganVihar Apartments,

Domalguda, Himayatnagar, Hyderebad-500029
