Unecessary balance deduction

Respected sir,

I am an ideaprepaid user in Daman (U.T). On 12th feb my prepaid balance was reduced from Rs.160.48 to Rs.00.01 suddenly. The customer care executive gave me an explanation that I have used 3G network for surfing and i do the top up of 2G every month and i am using these service from a year why didnt they deducted the balance then. And said that I would be contacted by his senior in the next 24 hours which didn't happen. And there Server is always down when i ask them to show my records kindly take some action against this matter & help me getting my balance refunded.
