Wrong balance deduction

From last few days I'm facing problem, I am every now and then charged wrongly and the balance gets deducted. I've activated black berry internet services then too am charged and that too without surfing internet moreover customer care executives and even nodal manager is unable to sort this problem so I think some serious actions should be executed...
