Dear Sir,

This is to reference to you that i have used idea connection number 9827534567. I have a problem related billing and plan at my no. My credit limit give by company is 500 rs. But idea cellular will suspend my number on crossing of 80% of credit limit and before on the uses of 400 rs. Idea call me at 9.0 clock in the morning and message me at 7.12 clock in morning. after doing payment of my no idea will not activate my outgoing. They will irritate me and also not allow me to port out. Because they want from me to update my no from customer care every time. Idea will give the plan to me for postpaid is Rental 199 free usage 149 rs. Sms pack
