Echarge not refund to bank and credit card

Recharge not refunded to my bank & credit card. For idea cell no. 9594650166. This seems to be getting very frequent. I called the customer care no. 12345 several times finally on 5th march I spoke with mr. Pankay kakde who refused to take a complaint about this issue he kept insisting that the recharge was made and was of no help at all. Finally he gave me some email ID care. Mumbai@idea. Adityabirla.Com to send the complaint to which I did but no respite and I also sent a complaint to my bank. The details of my transaction are mentioned below.

Transaction ID : 11560483 mcit2682968375. Received a msg from idea mentioning that the payment is gone through but recharged is not, and the amount would be credited to my account in 8 days. 5 feb 0021 hrs.

2 phone banking - savingsbank - recharge on phone

a recharge amount deducted from my bank account on 4 march but recharged on my cell. Sms received mentioning and confirming the above. Mobile recharge 222 on 4 march. Idea no 9594650166 . Kotak ref 0017519481. Idea ref 04477620011203041745
