Improper servises

I am a customer of Idea cellular with no 8889057773.

I had requested for a caller tune which was suppose to say my name Mrinal

but as the tune was activated it changed my gender and was playing Mis Mrinal

I made a request for rectification of this problem but it was taking too much time

Thus i had to deactivate my caller tune as soon as possible to save me form some embarrassment it and my request no is 148146023

Further they are going to charge me Rs 30/- for the services which embarrassed me and was deactivated by my side as a precaution.

I would request you to help me get the refund of the charges.
