Cheating with custome

Sir,

i am user of idea cellelur (9093955822) since oct in this area at the begining of his services, i have faced wrong debit from a/c balance.in cot 2010 after receving GPRS activation message more than Rs.30 was debited after use of internet on mobile, i have cntacted to customer care for this problem but being assured for rufund i am still waiting. Recently i am facing other type of idea cellular:-

5/03- Rs 50/- debited from my A/C

6/03- Rs 15/- debited from my A/C

6/03- RS 05/- debited from A/C

7/03/2102 -Rs 30/- debited from A/C

these all are debited for Games-Club-Daily & Mixed Monthly1 - this is not subscribed by me.customer care unable to give transaction detail on mobile and not refunding my ammount. i am contacting them they dont have right information about their services. their IDEA-SIVR is also giving wrong message. they cheating & robbing customer. i want refund and compensation.
