Worst Netwrok and Customer Service

Worst Network in INDIA: Blackberry service is not working for more than 10 days, No incoming and outgoing calls and No messages for more that 3 days worst of all is no one in customer care was able to track what the problem is and they give 3 DAYS as a lead time to rectify call problems and still it will not happen within time..

Worst customer care in the whole WORLD: They have more than 3 customer care numbers 12345, 198 and some 1800... number everybody points out the other for the problem and no one would take the responsibility of solving it. requested for a waiver in the bill amount for the days of problem they do not even take a complaint for it and just ignore it.. When asked for higher official number.. I was given a mobile number of Appellate or someone whos number is switched off constantly...

Worst part of all is cannot even port the number as no outgoing message... Kindly suggest if I can file a complaint in consumer court for this?
