Wrong debit

These service providers are debiting my money by activating one or the other nonsense service inspite of requeting the customer care not to do so again and again. My number is 9664941753. I can not tolerate their non sense any more. Out of frustration I may throw their sim in the dust bin. Sometime back I had to fight with their customer care executive (one Manjunath) who was behaving very rudely with me. Inspite of requesting them to deactivate their voice chat service which is being activated without my knowledge, they have not done so till now and in fact as soon as I recharged my accout three days back, these rascal have again cut my Rs. 30 for the said service. When I spoke to the customer care people, after some argument they have done something wherein my calls are not going to them... so cheap of them.
