UNWANTED DEDUCTION

Dear sir / Madam

My balance was deducted without any intimation, when i had already activated 3 days internet pack On 31.03.2012.

Very next day Rs. 40 is been deducted & again i recharged of Rs 50 that also has been deducted from my account.

I have not downloaded any thing through net. Request you to look into this matter & credit the amount & On 1st april i have recharged 1 month internet pack even that also not activated & yesterday once again i recharrged talktime balance of Rs 50 that also got deducted. I am not gettng proper responce from customer care, thier telling me to cal after one hour & it has been repeated many times. I felt very bad about idea Telecom.
