Unfair Balance deduction

I've activated a 98rs NET plan on which has to be expired on 13th april..!!
on 11th april they deducted 74.78rs from my account on the ground of uses of GPRS data.
When i called in customer support.. they refuses to register the complaint.
and didnt provide any proper explaination regarding my balance deduction.
