Without my knowledge activated or deactivated service

Respected Sir/Madam,

My plan is 149 with 2 GB internet for Rs. 98.00. Idea has sent me bill via SMS dated 18 April of Rs. 3652, as per my calculation this amount is more than my usage. As per my plan I have not activated or deactivated other cellular services. This has been confirmed with Idea sales person Mr. Sailesh. S at Idea store, S.V Road, Goregoan west. If you have activated any other service without my knowledge and charge me accordingly that, then am not responsible for that bill payment for excess amount. My outgoing service has been stopped since last 10 days. I am not able to make any outgoing calls from my mobile no. 9773714177. It’s affecting to my job. So please solve this problem, as am contacting Idea store since last seven days but they fail to solved my problem from idea side. So please do the needful and solve this problem as soon as possible.
