Deduction

Dear Team,

This is Iqbal Ansari from Bilaspur chhattishgarh, i have a idea number 8889908499.

I have a received a call (24/04 at 11.15.am) from 011400930073 who told me she is speaking from idea cutomer care,

she told me about trial package of idea talkies call on 51010, that is 200minutes free, after that you can subscribe if you wish,

then i eager to know what is the idea talkies, i just dialed 51010 for free package of 200 min and listen just 45 second.

After 15 min i received a msg from idea that "Thank you we have received your req for service imitst and it is being processed"

After that my balance has been deducted from RS30.

I would like to tell you, that lady was convinced me in wrong way or she delivered wrong msg to cutomer.

After that i complained to customer care but they were not ready to take my complain.

Dear team pls check your recorded msg as mentioned above or conversation between me and lady.

Kindly request you to solve my problem as soon as possible.
