Wrong address verification

Sir,

I had a prepaid connection of TATA telecom & I switched to idea through MNP in february. That time I was residing on rent in Sector-40 chandigarh and this address was mentioned by me in the form. MNP took 10-12 days. in meantime, I changed my accomodation & shifted in sector-39, chandigarh. At the time of address verification I informed about my new address and address verification was done wrongly by the representative of idea. Company discontinued my number due to wrong verification. After that I submit the proof of new address two times and also called customer care about 15 times but till yet company has not contunued my number.
