Invalid Rs 50 Deduction Idea Cellula

I refilled my mobile account by rs 50/- And that amount got deducted within a few hours. I asked them about it and they told me 2 different reasons on 2 diff calls to customer care that are

1.I have registered in their ideawap mall downloaded some content but the truth is that I have not downloaded any content.

2.I received a double recharge for which they deducted my Rs 50 for their cash recovery. But I never had got any extra recharge. They are unable to give me the date and time of the invalid recharge they did.

It has been a big problem and the deduct the money every month after recharge.

Please take some action and get our money back to me.
