Money dedetionn from mobile

We have not activated the dialer tone then also they have done that & charges are also the have take from mobile. and after when we have complained they giving no answer and not also taking complain of us. and also dia-activated the dialer tone by them only after they are telling that dialer has been dia-activated so they can do any thing & not also refuning the money back.

they also not give us information about the dialer tone how it has been activated.
