I wanted to activate the blackberry messenger service on my blackberry handset on 08/06 so i got my recharge and messaged ACTBIS399 on 12345 as per directed by the idea employee from idea office. I got message from PP-IDEA that your subscription to idea blackberry services 30 day is activated @399 for 30 days and my balance of Rs.399 was deducted but my services did not start. I waited for 4hrs and called on customer care no.12345 and told them everything they directed me to call on 18002701234 (blackberry help line number) i told them everything they further directed me to call on 12345 (idea customer care number) i again called on dis number told them everything they again told me to call on blackberry helpline no.i request for relief because its been 3 days they have deducted my balance and i cannot avail the service till now and please take some action against uneducated executives.
