Without prior permission started paid services

Sir/Madam

I have mobile having two prepaid sim card of company Idea Cellular having no.9921901303 and 9922826705. Both mobile no. are prepaid. Company started paid services like news and jokes without my prior permission and deducted charges directly from my account. These services disturb me frequently and its costs me also. As I also complaint online website of the Idea Company for activate Do Not Disturb service to my above no.

So kindly please take necessary action and relief me from above problems.
