I have an idea prepaid connection 9718684850, i have activated only miss call alert service, but idea had activated music staiton service, when i called in customer care they said they have deactivated music stationa service on 10th of may i got mess on 16th may that my miss call alert service has been deactivated, i called cutomer care they said they will not refund the amount of rs. 149/ - if i need miss call alert service i have to pay once again. mr dharmendra of senior executive said dat he is the last senior in the idea, when i talked loudly they give me the number of mr. vijay saxena (9891905889) but i tried many time this number is always show network failure., i dont know why the idea hire these people who play with company repotation. i request the idea's senior authority to refund my money so dat i can reactivated my services for miss call alert. also watch thier executives who are playing with companies repotation.
