NOT ACTIVATE MY PORT SIM

Sir,

VODAFONE no 9423108418 port in idea, date-14th JUNE and upc code is VZ722278.But if i enter new idea sim card in mobile 'SIM CARD SHOW SIGNAL BUT I CANT RECEIVE INCOMING AND NOT MAKE OUTGOING CALL'.Say what can i do.

If i talk to customer care, he say your porting request is completed, u just dial 2222 and activate.

But How can i dial 2222 idea network not connect and phone show call ended.

so kindly solve my problem.
