Balance deduction

Dear sir/ma'am,

My balance of Rs. 40 was deducted from IDEA prepaid on 25/06 around 12.39 am. The message I got from IZ-ideaCMS is as follows:

"" Dear customer, thank you for downloading Content Package from nazara. You have been charged Rs. 40 "".

When I talked to customer care (named- Vasisth), He first told me that your balance was deducted due to GPRS usage (Though I already have Rs. 13 GPRS activated). When I told him about the SMS received, he got confused and asked me of which date's balance deduction are you asking about. After I told him the date, he replied that yes it was deducted due to nazara technologies pvt. ltd. Though I never opened its website. Even you cannot open the website of nazara from you laptop or pc. So how can they deduct the balance.

It's not the first time of fraudulent balance deduction.

Sir/Ma'am, please look into the matter for refund. I'll be truly grateful to you.
