Network Problem

I'm using Idea cellular post paid service since January. I'm facing the network problem from very first day. I've complaint 2 times with their customer care executive. but did not get any response from their side. most of the time there is no any network signal in my mobile meanwhile if signal detected and we want to make a call then withing a few minutes its become silent automatically but meter reading is going on.

I'm very troubled by their services so I would like use mobile number portability.
