More charges during roaming

Hi,

I am Srinivas N, customer of idea cellular bearing mob num: 9704132390. Charging more amount when i am in roaming. They are not charging according to plans given by them. Changing plans also without informing the customer. If i called to custmer care (12345), nowadays talking without proper respect also. 198 is the complaint number given by idea network, but if i call 198 for requesting complaint, they are asking to call 12345.Like this escaping without giving proper helping.
