Hi,

My Idea postpaid number is 8498057080... The outgoing STD calls from my phone has stopped since last 5 days and an automated voice says 'please check the number and dial again' whenever I dial a STD number. I have tried to reach the IDEA customer care, written to them on twitter and other platforms but there has been no response whatsoever...

Sheer negligence on their part.
